Our Exclusive Hong Kong Operations

Our brand operates solely within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We do not offer international shipping or services to locations outside this area. By concentrating our efforts locally, we can maintain high standards of reliability and efficiency.

Every order placed on our website is handled with a focus on reaching your doorstep within our stated timeframes, ensuring that our local audience receives their decor items promptly.

Processing and Packaging Timelines

Once you finalize your selection on our website, our internal team begins the preparation phase. We require 2 business days to process your order. During this period, we cautiously inspect each item to confirm it meets our quality standards and then package it securely to prevent issues during transit. This two-day window allows us to organize the logistics and prepare the necessary documentation for our delivery partners.

We operate from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin their 2-day processing period on the next available business day. We prioritize accuracy during this phase to ensure that the correct items are dispatched to the correct address.

Delivery Schedules and Costs

After the initial 2-business day packaging period is complete, the shipping process begins. Our total delivery timeline is 5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. We work with local logistics providers to move your items efficiently across Hong Kong.

We believe in a simple and honest pricing model. Auricarris does not charge any shipping or delivery fees. There are no hidden costs added at any stage of the journey.

The price you see for a decorative piece on our website is the final amount you will pay. This approach ensures that you know exactly what to expect when our delivery agent reaches your location.

Cash on Delivery and Completion

We utilize a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for all transactions. This means that full payment is collected at your doorstep by the delivery personnel. We do not collect or store any digital payment details through our website, which adds an extra layer of privacy for your personal data under the PDPO.

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility and is with our logistics partners, it must be completed. Cancellations are only possible during the initial 2-day packaging phase before the items leave our hands.
